Big company experience,
little company touch

Pearson. Sony Music. The Financial Times. Penguin Random House. Warner Music. iCrunch. It’s working for these large, global market leading organisations and a pioneering start-up that we experienced first hand disruption and digital transformation. Leading Sales, Marketing and Organisational Effectiveness departments mainly we successfully navigated the change, and sometimes we didn’t.

In 2019 we decided it was time to set up a new business. To take our learnings and experiences, both good and bad, and put them to good use to help others experiencing change to navigate it successfully.

On the face of it, our timing couldn’t have been worse. We set up six months before a global pandemic, yet in our first full year we have been fortunate to work for dream clients in the US and UK, doing the work we love to do.

We flex as needed. When our clients need capabilities we can’t directly offer, we pool our network to bring in associates who can help. From creative directors, video producers, communications experts, graphic designers, project and programme managers.

For now, we’re staying small. Our ambition is to work with a limited number of clients whose purpose we are passionate about, whose people we fit with and with whom we have opportunities to build long term, trusted partnerships. By staying small, we can commit to providing our clients with work that we commit to. For us, it really is personal.

If we sound like a good fit for you, why not get in touch?
